Top Hydrating Foods

Maintaining hydration is so very important especially when combating a C. diff infection or any infection being treated with antibiotics. Staying hydrated can be a challenge during an infection and during the hot Summer weather.
Water, water rich foods, juices, sports drinks, ice pops, gelatin,and broth will provide the fluids the body needs.
In the event it is not possible to maintain adequate hydration, contact your health care provider to report symptoms and/or seek medical care, as soon as possible, at a local clinic/hospital.
