  • Helps you make decisions about where you get your health care
  • Encourages hospitals to improve the quality of care they provide

In an emergency, you should go to the nearest hospital. When you can plan ahead, discuss the information you find here with your health care provider to decide which hospital will best meet your health care needs.

Medicaid Covered Outpatient Drugs Policy– Affordable Care Act

On January 21, 2016 the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued the Covered Outpatient Drugs final rule with comment that addresses key areas of Medicaid drug reimbursement and changes made to the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program by the Affordable Care Act. This final rule also requests additional comments on the definition of line extension, which has a 60 day public comment period which will end on April 1, 2016.
